Returns / Cancellations / General Info.

At Seascape Lamps Inc., we encourage clients to mix and match shades, bases and dimensions. Each lamp is made to order and a Seascape designer will be happy to talk with you about personalizing a lighting fixture to suit your style and décor needs for your home or design project. Please call, fax or e-mail us here M-F 8:00-4:30 PST at our central California location and we'll be delighted to serve you!

We ask to be notified if an order needs to be cancelled, within five working days after order is placed.

All orders come with a 30-day guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can issue an R/A#, then return it for exchange or refund within 30 days after being received.

**Custom orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Conditions

  • Lamps shipped as pictured, unless specified.
  • Lamps can be ordered in different finishes.
  • All lamps can be ordered with different shade materials and dimensions.
  • All lamps and shades are sold as one unit, but shades and bases may be purchased individually.
  • Shades made of natural fibers can only be produced in round shapes.
  • Shades are not available in natural fiber material on the following: Tia, Logan Walnut, Chrome, & Elliot.  

Lead Time

Please allow up to 2 to 4 weeks lead-time on orders. Rush orders can generally be accomodated with a 10% rush fee.
